About

Wesley Maynard, LMSW, MBA is verified by Psychology Today

Hi, I'm Wesley Joe 🙂. I love working with fellow humans who navigate OCD or anxiety. I get it! 😭😂There are many resources and tools available that make lasting change possible. In therapy, I see you as the driver and me as a supportive guide to help you make the changes you want.

Feeling shame and guilt are so common to the human experience, especially with OCD. I don't care what you've done, think you've done, or think you might do. Let's talk openly about whatever, figure it out, heal, and learn new ways of being and relating to ourselves.

Since OCD/anxiety rarely exists in isolation, we often include in our sessions additional challenges as well, such as depression, life transitions, sexuality, relationships, trauma, grief and loss. We can talk about any of it.

Whether you're here for yourself or a loved one, I hope to talk with you soon to see if working together would be a good fit.
